A savory Asian-inspired dressing with just a hint of sweetness from stevia that will perfectly complement salads and slaws.
Serves: 8
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup water

1/2 cup lemon juice
-
1/4 cup garlic-and-chili-flavored oil*

1/4 cup organic, unrefined sesame oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-
4 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

1 teaspoons tamari, or other soy sauce
-
2 drops stevia liquid concentrate (as a flavor enhancer)

1 teaspoon sea salt
-
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum**
*Omega Nutrition Garlic-Chili Flaxseed Oil is recommended; however, you can substitute this ingredient with 1/4 cup flaxseed oil, 1 clove chopped fresh garlic, and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
**A natural, gluten-free carbohydrate commonly used as a thickener.
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients, except the xanthan gum, in a blender, and blend thoroughly.
- Add the xanthan gum, continuing to blend until the mixture has thickened.
- Use immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to two weeks.
